The technical representative was very helpful even when he realized the problem was not on his side. He called the other vendor, stayed with us on the phone the entire time and our issued was solved completely. Great customer service!
I’ve been with SiteLock for over 4 years, and they’ve been unhelpful. My website was automatically disconfigured, and they didn’t assist me. I also couldn’t access backup files I was paying for, and when I finally managed to troubleshoot, they wanted an extra $60 per month for new backups.Now, I’ve been trying to cancel my service for a week. I've called every day, wasting an hour each time, only to wait without getting through. Avoid SiteLock—don’t waste your money!
James, Jack, Jason, Luke and Ron...the ENTIRE crew (forgive me if I missed anyone) were ALL SO HELPFUL!!! They took the time to explain everything. This group and company, makes you feel as if you are their ONLY customer! Very patient, very informative and easy to talk to! Also, they CONTINUE TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOU, which always gives you a peace of mind knowing there's always someone there should you encounter a problem. I WILL recommend SiteLock to EVERYONE!
