Scam: No refund, no easy cancellation

Sitelock is a very shady website, and they are following scamming practices. There is no refund policy online, and there is no simple way to cancel your subscription.Background: One of my websites was infected with malware, and my hosting service asked me to contact Sitelock. Their scanner didn't detect any malware. They promised 30-day free trial, but they charged me immediately, There is no way to delete your account. You cannot simply cancel the subscription; someone will call you, and then they will cancel it.How can I trust these guys with my credit card?

SiteLock stays on top of the technical…

SiteLock stays on top of the technical issues and helps me stay focused on making music. Today one of the account managers - Steven - called for administrative reasons, but then he also helped sort out some technical issues by connecting me with the support team, plus he followed up personally with an email to remind me to update my WordPress version for one of my sites as soon as I had a chance in order to improve its security. I just took care of that and feel at ease, knowing that all is well with the components of my online presence with which I've entrusted SiteLock.

Genuinely great customer service!

My Sitelock representative, Steven, was extremely diligent, professional, and patient with helping me handle the transition from my hosting security to their program (even though Sitelock was already included in my hosting, Steven even got my hosting on a conference call to help work out the kinks and to make sure that I wasn't paying twice!). It was a breath of fresh air to feel like I had someone in my corner and not get hassled into upgrading to a more expensive level. It was genuinely great customer service!

Excellent Technical Support to Correct Vulnerability

SiteLock contacted me to let me know that one of my websites had a potential Core CMS Vulnerability. When I called to find out what needed to be done to correct this issue, Jesse helped in correcting the issue. He was very knowledgeable and personable. By the way, I've already recommended SiteLock to 3-4 people for their websites which they are now their customers.
