The Support team at Site Lock are always very kind, concerned and helpful. They will answer any questions I have with complete respect. They have always been able to fix anything that has gone astray with my website .... I have learned a lot about websites from their team. ... I won't ever be without them!!!

The gentleman dealing with my case has been very supportive and really tried hard to help me. My only complaint is with the company advertising which actually hides a lot of basic information new clients need to know about degrees of protection and actual costs.

Awful awful awful awful service. Scam. Avoid it!

Had a problem on my website hosted in BlueHost which had malware in it.I contacted BlueHost and they tried to sell me SiteLock services. I have been a BlueHost client from years and so far had positive experiences so I agreed to proceed.They told me they would contact me, days passed and NOBODY from SiteLock entered in contact with me.After a few days they told me they refused the service because we have another paid plan with them so they cannot accept this one (Not true by the way, at least not that I know of. We don't have any paid plan with them).I tried to get in touch with support MULTIPLE times, always no answer received.Three days later, funny thing.. I find a charge on our credit card from BlueHost for PURCHASING SITELOCK service. The same service that they told us they rejected and the same service for which NOBODY FROM SITELOCK got in touch with us.Almost 600$ charged for a service not provided and for which, by the way, after the first contact I explicity told BlueHost not to proceed with.And in all this, I had for more than a week my website offline with malwares in it.Scam of a company, awful terrible service.

Thank you! I tried to work with Bluehost for almost two weeks to resolve the issue. They never once pointed me to address the problem with SiteLock and they repeatedly claimed they would have the "DNS issues" resolved within "4 hours." This went on over five lengthy chat attempts for the past two weeks. It's been a maddening, abysmal failure on their end. On my own accord I contacted SiteLock yesterday. Your techs called us within 24 hours and had the matter handled and RESOLVED within minutes! THANK YOU!

I called SiteLock and a rep answered…

I called SiteLock and a rep answered the phone! I was shocked and checked to make sure that I called the correct number. It was nice not having to scream at a automated machine. My rep was extremely pleasant to speak with and helpful. Good job SiteLock for providing phenomenal customer service!
