Had a problem on my website hosted in BlueHost which had malware in it.I contacted BlueHost and they tried to sell me SiteLock services. I have been a BlueHost client from years and so far had positive experiences so I agreed to proceed.They told me they would contact me, days passed and NOBODY from SiteLock entered in contact with me.After a few days they told me they refused the service because we have another paid plan with them so they cannot accept this one (Not true by the way, at least not that I know of. We don't have any paid plan with them).I tried to get in touch with support MULTIPLE times, always no answer received.Three days later, funny thing.. I find a charge on our credit card from BlueHost for PURCHASING SITELOCK service. The same service that they told us they rejected and the same service for which NOBODY FROM SITELOCK got in touch with us.Almost 600$ charged for a service not provided and for which, by the way, after the first contact I explicity told BlueHost not to proceed with.And in all this, I had for more than a week my website offline with malwares in it.Scam of a company, awful terrible service.
