Garrett with SiteLock has stayed in touch with me for 5 days. Hostgator has let the ball drop on my SSL and SiteLock has tried to help guide me through the process. Garrett has called and followed up every day. Friendly voice and great customer service. Unlike the ridiculously poor service I have received from 8 different contacts at Hostgator. Don't understand why they are in the top three for Web Hosting, let alone in business at all.
Support is Shockingly Bad, Totally unprofessional and puts your site at riskI get an email from a Sitelock support membertelling me my site is infected. I get another email from Sitelock saying the scans have found no infection. I ask the support team to explain why they say my site is infected. They point blank refuse to answer . I ask again. They say they will not tell me. I have asked four times and each time they refuse to explain why they said my site is infected with malware. Several days later, I still do not know it is , or not, or what to do about it. TOTALLY USELESS. The scans are inaccurate and untrustworthy. Cancelled service after 5 months
I am very happy with sitelock people. They have gone above and beyond. From the salesperson to the engineers. In get my websit up and running after being hacked. I am very happy especially with Tom the engineer. For his excellent service and helping me recover my website. As a new customer I am looking forward to having sitelock as our website security. This company has quite simply been bought and ran to the ground.Avoid at all costs, the product are no longer updated, the company do not respond, they've literally disappeared. Disgraceful for a security product. Do not ever use them, their reputation has been ruined.
