Garrett with SiteLock has stayed in touch with me for 5 days. Hostgator has let the ball drop on my SSL and SiteLock has tried to help guide me through the process. Garrett has called and followed up every day. Friendly voice and great customer service. Unlike the ridiculously poor service I have received from 8 different contacts at Hostgator. Don't understand why they are in the top three for Web Hosting, let alone in business at all.
