I had purchased sitelock from my host bigrock.in as a result sitelock does not provide customer support since you don't have an email id registered with sitelock in members area of your sitelock. my website is infect by virus sitelock is terrible does nothing it says website clean, if chatgpt say its infected.silelock is waste of money if you dont believe me try visiting my website now today is 9th of feb and it won't open if it does it will open after a long time:legalserviceindia.comI suggest don't purchase sitelockwaste of money

They will let a reseller sell their services but not cancel them

Sitelock does everything in its power to continue billing and keep customers from cancelling service. The service was sold through Hostgator; when we changed our host to a different service, Hostgator said they would also cancel Sitelock at the same time. Sitelock continued billing even after they were delivering no services (the Hostgator site no longer existed) but refused to refund the additional months that were billed. After speaking with several representatives our call was escalated to Crystal who was rude and obnoxious, with no intent to help.

Impressive Customer Service Rep. Knowledge & Assistance

I was incredibly impressed by the fantastic level of service and knowledge by the customer service rep. I spoke with, Danielle. The experience was very positive and I was very impressed Danielle could answer my technical questions and explain the answers to me in an easy to understand manner. I'm very happy with Sitelock's products and now also with their amazing support.

DIshonest company

I paid over 500 dollars a year for sitelock. It took considerable programming to get it installed on my website. It cause my website multiple problems and cost me significant funds to make it compatible. After a few months, the sitelock was not working or scanning the website properly. At that time I just gave up and figured I would eat the 500 dollars. After a year, sitelock automatically charged my credit card an additional 500 dollars for renewal. I politely called and stated that I did not want the service and requested they refund my credit card. They refused to refund me my money as it was against their policy. They stated I had to be proactive and call them 30 days before renewal date to cancel my service. We are not talking about renting a home or office. We are talking about software. I believe it is poor business in not in good faith that they automatically renew my service and would not honor my request to cancel my service. Buyer Beware

Gold Standard Customer Service

Chad Fields was extremely helpful in assisting me with accessing my Sitelock account which I was not able to log into to update my credit card information. He created a new organic account which allowed me to gain access to my account dashboard and all of the associated features with it. He kept in touch with me with follow up calls advising me of the progress along the way. It is rare these days to actually have someone do what they promise and to follow up to a successful conclusion. Kudos to Mr. Fields.
