The service was quick

The service was quick, easy and all inclusive. The staff was polite and courteous, knew the problems with my website and made the proper recommendations and quick fix. As a company to trust they are the best.

The support team

The support team, ALL the team at site lock; each person is more friendly and capable than the one before. Just when you're sure the technical support couldn't be better, you have a new and better-informed experience.But, on another note, site lock is too expensive. Maybe it's only because I'm poverty-stricken, but do I really need to pay $49/a month for SiteLock? I'm relly torn, REALLY torn,

Confidence restored

In working with a previous sales person last year, I felt I had been over-sold coverage and I was very skeptical that I could trust the information I was receiving. I called to cancel my subscription, but I found Sam to be forthcoming and helpful. She understood the level of security I actually need and made recommendations accordingly. My confidence has been restored.

Ridiculously expensive security with expensive cancellation fee…

Expensive security packages, pressure you into a yearly contract, and then the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost of the year's service, which is ridiculously high again! You can find more affordable and fair companies elsewhere.
