Sitelock does everything in its power to continue billing and keep customers from cancelling service. The service was sold through Hostgator; when we changed our host to a different service, Hostgator said they would also cancel Sitelock at the same time. Sitelock continued billing even after they were delivering no services (the Hostgator site no longer existed) but refused to refund the additional months that were billed. After speaking with several representatives our call was escalated to Crystal who was rude and obnoxious, with no intent to help.
