I purchased a second hand refurbished

I purchased a second hand refurbished iPhone 14 Item was as described delivered on time and very well packaged even called a few weeks after purchase to make sure everything was ok with the phone will definitely use again 100% and suggest to friends and family that are looking for new second hand phones

I recently decided to sell my iPhone 12

I recently decided to sell my iPhone 12 Pro Max and used this company. Once received they offered a low amount for the phone, obviously its battery life they said was an issue and that it had scratches which I was extremely surprised about. I rejected their first and second offers but finally agreed to their third offer which was still below market rate.However, waiting for payment has been the biggest niggle. They say payment is made between 3 and 7 days - I am still waiting 8 working days after I agreed to sell. The whole process was long winded. I wouldn’t recommend if I am honest.

Highly Recommend company and LOUIS for amazing customer service

I had two brand new iphones that I wanted to sell to this company. This was extremely easy to do online and the form that needed filling in took no time. No postage payment needed, I just printed out the labels myself and took them to the post office. Regular updates via email and sms. When being sent the value of them it didn’t seem right so I called them and spoke to a lovely guy called LOUIS! He was friendly, helpful, understanding, polite and went above and beyond for me. He really is amazing and helped with my issue straight away and rectified it. He really is an asset to your company and I want to thank him again personally for being so lovely. I would definitely recommend this company and LOUIS and would deal with them again in the future!!

Avoid this company!!!!

Decided to sell my phone to UR as I was offered ?268 which was more than other phone companies were offering at the time. They received my phone, did their checks, told me that my phone had severe screen burn (which it does not) they then had the audacity to tell me that they would give me ?50 as a good will gesture and that they would recycle the phone. This is clearly a scam to get a good working phone cheap. I told them to return my phone which was done promptly. But my phone arrived back to me with deep scratches on the screen which were not there when I sent it to them. I would recommend that you avoid this company. Update Received a phone call from Lucy from customer services. She apologised for the bad experience and the scratches on my screen and sent me a ?50 amazon gift card.

AVOID

Having decided to use UR as they offered ?155 for my iPhone 11 in very good condition I was then sent an offer of ?60! Their reasoning being that the battery life was at 84% and it needed to be at 85% for them not to have to change it. Also they said there were scratches. The phone has always been in a cover with a screen protector on. I rejected the offer and asked them to return the phone. I immediately had a reply saying they had had a rethink and offered ?80. Surprise surprise. I would not recommend this company at all. Oh, and it took them the full 7 days to make payment and only after I queeried it. AVOID

This is a scam

This is a scam. They offer a high price and when you send the phone they offer more than 50% less saying there are issues with the phone. When you reject the revised offer they try and call you and offer a little more. This happens 3 times until you reject for a third time and then they return it. I’ve still not received mine back. It’s been 2 months. Apparently they need to put a claim through Royal Mail which could take 60 days. They are now not responding to my emails.

Originally my experience wasn’t the best however after a call from Lucy who I have to say is an excellent advocate for their Customer Services dept I have been completely satisfied with their service. Lucy listened to my concerns with empathy and understanding and resolved my concerns. Result being paid the full amount for my mobile phone. Thank you ???? Lucy
