I haven't had the best experience with UR to be completely honest, misquoted by a substantial amount and have been waiting over a month for my phone to be sent back. After losing faith... My interaction with Louis this morning has been fantastic. He provided great customer service and increased the amount offered to meet my request. Thank you Louis!
Still waiting to get my Cash no one picks up the phone no one chats on chat screen then told we will email within 48 hours your reviews are saying it all disgusting customer service Just heard from Lucy so hopefully things will get moving now at the moment i will move them up to 2 star until i receive my inspection On completion of my claim i received an acceptable offer and received payment within 1 hour of call and inspection Lucy was great and she was very responsive
The customer service team have called me and offered the original price and will issue the funds to my bank. Overall happy to get the original value and with customer service.My phone was offered ?140 but after I sent it they reduced it to ?100 saying the case is lifted which was a lie and I rejected their offer and asked for my phone back and they increased the offer to ?120. This company is a con and avoid at all costs. I will report them further so they won't con more people. Do not waste your time with this company who trick you to selling your phone for cheap.
