Update to previous review, UR advertised ?48 on website, offered me ?10 and lied about phone condition, then offered me ?25!!!! Refused this offer and requested return of my phone, went to another company, BACK MARKET who advertised ?38 and surprise surprise that’s the amount I’ve received! UR you are an insult to peoples intelligence!!!WOW TO YOUR REPLY!!! Back market advertised ?38 and gave me ?38 same phone same condition .. say no more as for condition of my phone, you are a joke! And all the reviews that say exactly the same? They are wrong too!! No they are not!!
I sold my phone with them and they have not given me the payment after two weeks. And do not give clear answers in how I will be paid. After reading the reviews on here I regret dealing with them. As it seems to be a scamming company.
Was quoted ?182 originally, I sent my phone and was then offered only ?55!! Requested phone back and was then offered ?145 which I accepted to save any more hassle, but I was annoyed I did. Didn’t receive the money in the stated timeframe, had to chase it up several times. Have received payment now, but still very unhappy with my experience.
First time using this company to trade in my phone. It was beyond expectation. Once they got my device they were very quick. I had questions about the device which they were very quick to answer. The payment was on the same day. Totally recommend.
