Initial offer for my iPhone 12 was not what was expected after trading in. Spoke to a lovely person named Georgie who was a delight. She was understanding, clear and listened. She offered wonderful customer service and we agreed on a better offer that both of us were happy to accept. A part of that acceptance was due to how nicely Georgie handed the call and on that basis I will be sending other handsets I have to UR and hopefully it will be Georgie that will oversee and provide a fair price.

sent an immaculate iPhone 12 in lilac. quoted ?170. ended up getting ?50 as they said it was damaged. I have pictures etc of the phone as I packaged in a box to send etc.Not a mark on it! Would not recommend. took over a week to get feedback and still no money

Don’t used your items are not insured

I used ur because they offered the most money ?475 for my iPhone 14 Pro Max so I posted it using their postage label somewhere between my post office and them my phone got stolen luckily the phone was weighed at my post office but all they paid me was ?150 and said I should have insured it don’t use this company they will rob you stay away
