The WeBuyAny car equivalent of the 2nd hand mobile phone purchasing site.They will quote you a fairly decent price for your 2nd hand mobile phone. When it comes to appraisal they will send you a revised lowball offer. ie ?130 down to ?45 "due to light scratches to the screen etc" the screen has had a screen protector from day 1..... Use with this service with caution
Previously left 1 Star review however won’t let me edit this, eventually got my money and it is not a scam, the payment is from an external company and takes a little longer than stated. Overall happy enough with the outcome however the delays and communication could be better.
I had issues with delays in payment and did struggle to speak to customer services. I received a call back from Lucy who was super helpful and understood my concerns. I received a revised offer due to the delays and payment was expedited. Thank you Lucy :)
Sent an immaculate s23 ultra. Got the quote knocked down by quiet a bit. I swallowed my prife and took the offer, as to avoid sending back. So be aware you will never get what they offer you. EVEN WORSE THOUGH IS YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY.

Their business model is clearly to get you to send your phone at the high advertised price, then keep offering you poor offers to prolong the situation.I had 3 offers in total then gave up, I am now awaiting my phone to be returned; it was "despatched" Friday with Royal Mail 48hr. Yet there is no scan data to say it has been collected from Royal Mail.After the way this company has dealt with me and how they prolong every decision, I know who I trust more, and that's the courier company. I would be surprised to see my phone again or receive any money quickly in compensation.This has been going on now for nearly a month!Look forward to the copy-and-paste response.Update: phone is due to be delivered Thursday
It’s really bad,it’s seems like a scam,3 weeks today since they confirmed my payment and I didn’t get anything,every time I call them they say they money should be with you by end of the day and waiting still,I’m fuming and wanna do something about it but don’t know what to do.
Do not recommend was quoted ?375 for my iPhone sent it away and now they’ve offered me ?160 due to apparent scratches on screen when it’s always had a screen protector on and I have photos of the condition before posting and needing a new battery as it’s at 83% should of used Mazuma mobiles as they quoted ?310 for a good condition phone with few minor scratches like ‘ur’ apparently are saying and battery health to be above 80% so note to self always shop around first and check reviews!!!!UPDATE:Had a phone call from a lady called Lucy, explained my unhappy experience and she was very helpful, rectified my quote which I am very happy with, so thank you to that lovely lady who helped me out! Great customer service from her!
