Don’t sell your phone to these people

Don’t sell your phone to these people, they offer the best price online, then when they have it they amend their offer. Phone was valued at ?432, they then revised their offer to ?150.50 which I rejected, revised then amended to ?170, again rejected, then amended to 210.50, again rejected and had phone returned. The phone met their t&c’s, sold to mazuma for ?340 UR are a bunch of chancers, avoid

Bunch of crooks

Bunch of crooks. I sent my 1 year old Samsung phone in to them. It had just had a new Samsung screen and not been used before sending it. They told me it wasn't in good enough condition as the screen had chips in it! First they offered me less & I refused. They're 'customer care guy called me & gave me a whole cok & bull story & said as a gesture of goodwill they'd pay the full amount. They didn't, they paid the reduced amount. This time I phoned & complained & eventually they paid the full amount. Clearly a deliberate ploy relying on the fact that half the people won't bother.

Offered me half the price quoted

Offered me half the price quoted, then increased slightly but nowhere near the value. The battery was charged over their limits, the phone is two years old who doesn’t charge a phone once a day!! Do not recommend. Followed up by Kimberley who was really helpful and we came to an agreement that was acceptable for us both. Really appreciate the courtesy that she gave me!

very poor service & cant recommend

very poor service & cant recommend. Gave value for mobile phone which was only 18 months old and always covered in case so I knew it was immaculate. Came back with much reduced offer saying it had scratches back & front. I declined that offer so new offer came back higher saying that they would be able to remove non-existent scratches. I accepted revised offer & waited about 9 days for payment. There is obviously a repeated system when I read other reviews on this company. Avoid

Happier than before

Wasn’t to pleased with the offer but a couple of discussions later the price was increased and am happy . However the bags they send for the phones are rubbish You need to send in a padded envelope

Absolute joke from the beginning

Absolute joke from the beginning, sent an abysmal low ball offer for a phone that had nothing wrong with it. But felt no choice and forced into it by them! Now I’m waiting over 7 working days for payment. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Slow payouts in case you are needing the cash

I have sold a phone to them was valued at ?280 then dropped to ?118, all I will say is if you are after a quick payment then use another company as these take 7 working days to pay out, communication was good but just a slow service and reduced price which is why I’m only giving 4 stars.

Con artists avoid at all costs

Gave a price of ?163 for my Samsung Galaxy S22 then after two weeks got an email saying my new offer was ?53 based on heavy scratches. Asked them to return my device and low and behold they could suddenly bring the price back up to ?130. Accepted it thinking I would get the money and be done with it. Almost two weeks later I've received no money despite a confirmation email and messaging customer services they just say tocgive it a few more days and then get back to them. Avoid at all costs they're cowboys and won't be surprised if they close in the near future if this is how they do business
