Shocking experience they originally offered me ?270 for my excellent condition s24 then reviewed it due to significant damage to ?110!! There was no damage to the phone and I had photos to prove that. They did revise the offer to ?170 which i agreed to because I was sick of the back and forth with them. Then it took them a full 2 week to pay me and that was because I sent them several emails demanding payment! Stay away from this scam company i won't be using them again! Edit : spoke to Lucy who sorted everything out for me and I'm now a happy customer
Traded in my phone, waited the full 7 days for payment then still didn’t receive it. So sent and email to customer service which they replied saying they would look into it and it was urgent priority. This was then rectified by the customer service helper Lucy and all was sorted out and payment was received
Avoid! Don’t be fooled by the higher price than other companies!! This company should be removed from all comparison sites. Offer received pretty quickly, 86% battery life and 517 charge cycles, which is typical for a 2 year old phone. I accepted the lower offer April 29th, I phoned May 9th to ask where my payment was, I was assured it would in that day, however who I bank with shows what is coming in, now we’re on working day 8, still no payment and still no sign of it. They used the bank holiday as an excuse. From the looks of other reviews I’ll be lucky if I actually receive the money I am owed! ****edited to add****Got through to customer services, advised that a third party deals with their payments and I “should” have the payment today or tomorrow!
When something works the way you would like it to it's easy to ignore it and move on to something else. So that's what happened when I bought my refurbished iPhone 12 mini. It was the model I wanted, at a good price, so I bought it. It arrived promptly, worked perfectly and still does. So I've moved on.
