used UR to recycle my old Iphone 13 pro, I didn't quite get the original price as per the quote although this was in immaculate condition it was the charge cycle that reduced the value, after a bad experience this was resolved in a very happy and professional way by the more than helpful customer experience team (Lucy).
Sold iPhone 13 128gb.Initial price was decreased due to wear and tear to the phone body and the battery had 88% health but had in excess of 500 charges which would require a replacement.Dealt with Lucy over the phone and email and came to an agreeable price.Couldn’t do enough to help.Swift payment.Would use again
I’ve sold two phone with them and had a great experience. Phones were received and paid for within two weeks and I never had any issues with them paying me what was quoted. I would encourage anyone to sell with them! Honest people to do business with!
Be prepared to bargain and don’t take the first offer too quickly.I was offered ?149.00 for an iPhone 11 which had had screen protectors & cases consistently from brand new.They came back and said the phone had 'light scratches' and they revised their offer from ?149.00 to ?75.00.I declined this and they immediately came back with an offer of ?95.00. I declined this and asked for my phone back.They replied saying that as they already had it, they would offer me ?120.50.I accepted and the money then took longer that 7 working days to reach my account, and I had to chase for it.I wonder how many people accept the lowest offer because they are desperate for money?PS: had a nice phone call with Lucy from Customer Service after I’d left my review and I appreciate her for reaching out.
