Disappointed with original valuation given however after contacting with the companies help desk we both agreed on a revised quote. Help desk contact Lucy was particularly helpful.

Would give zero stars if I couldI wish I had read the reviews before sending these guys my phonegot quoted ?309 originally then got lowered because of it needing a new battery apparently ??even though it was fine beforehandthey then quoted me ?210 I refused and then they offered me ?230 which I tookon their website it claims you will get your money between 5/7 working days but in brackets it says you usually get it before..it took them 8 working days for me to get my money from them!! Avoid at all costs and go somewhere where they are genuine and not money scamming people like this companyHope this review helps people avoid this company and to use someone else!!!

The phone is damaged and has dents in the outside. The screen and the camera has been replaced. Not working correctly. The delivery took over a week.

Send my phone in and was offered lower than what was offered online. After speaking to a manager explaining how I believed it was worth more agreed an improved amount. Was actually surprised a company cares about the reviews and customers which is amazing ??

Don't accept 1st offer (or second!)

I sent off my S23 Ultra phone based on an estimated value of ?358. Got an email back saying that it had been assessed and valued at ?155 due to scratches on the screen and body (screen is brand new and immaculate, body is marked though). I rejected and they upped their offer to ?175, which I rejected. I then got a phone call offering ?250 (best and final offer) which I also rejected. Pretty shady way of operating IMO. I would recommend avoiding UR.co.uk
