Bait-and-switch tactics from UR.co.uk. Sent in a Google Pixel 7 Pro as quoted. After receiving my device, they suddenly “found” light scratches and dropped the price from the original offer. First offer: ?100. After I rejected that, they magically offered ?140. The device was in good working condition as described. Classic lowball behaviour — hoping customers just accept revised lower offers after the fact. Avoid if you don’t want to deal with haggling after sending your device.

Offered ?100 for the iPhone XS, then when they got it because of 86 % battery health which is damn good for an older phone, they dropped the quote to ?40 !wasted my time and theirs.

I bought an iPhone XR from Buyur in June 2924 & May 2025

I bought an iPhone XR from Buyur in June 2024. The phone was great value, renewed but it was like new. It arrived on time and has worked perfectly ever since. I’m really happy with it and their customer service was excellent. I now have a different job so I’ve just ordered the same phone (slightly cheaper- same GB storage??-May 2025) as I need a second one. The 1st phone is still working perfectly. I would definitely recommend Buyur to anyone.
