I sold two phones with them. The 1st phone they claimed was not in good condition and reduced their offer from ?165 to ?40 I accepted the offer because I thought perhaps I had missed something.I then sent a 2nd phone and checked everything before posting it off. Got the same reply as the 1st phone reducing offer from ?175 to ?60 I told them I wanted the phone back.They increased offer to ?80 I declined and they increased offer again to ?100I still declined, as I didn't want to do business with these types of people. They are dishonest and want to rip you off.
Update: although the process took significantly longer than expected customer service were great and I eventually got payment today. Only 1 star at the moment. All smooth until it’s come to payment. The payment was processed on the 22/04/2025 and I have yet to receive it. I have sent 2 emails to customer support but have not received a response.
I received a revised offer from this company (shock), waited ridiculous times on phone - only to be cut off. Eventually got through and although they revised, it was not what I had expected. We are now on day 7 of waiting for payment and NOTHING. Who the hell takes 7 days to make a payment in this current banking age???? I do not trust them EDITA lovely colleague rang me today about the review and to talk about my experience. It was great to hear someone being so eager to help me and put things right. Not only has my payment been processed IN FULL, it will be with me today. Appreciate things can go wrong but this was great customer service to put things right and I will definitely use this company again.
Using a phone recycling comparison site UR came up with the best offer of ?326. So sent in my phone which arrived with them on the 14/04/25, heard nothing until the 19/04/25, with surprise surprise a revised offer of ?180 due to light scratch’s on the screen and body, I can categorically state that there was not, and although the battery was 86% state of health it had been charged over 500 times. I rejected this offer and requested the phones returned. Then as expected received a phone call from the from a lovely lady, whole unfortunately had her ear bent by me. I told her I did not agree with the offer and that another recycling company had offered ?255 and they immediately matched that offer, which I accepted. That was on the 22/04/25. Roll on to 07/05/25 I eventually receive the agreed payment. So would I use them again of recommended other using them? Absolutely not
