I sent my phone to this company in order to to sell and their communications were excellent throughout, even over the bank holiday weekend. This morning Jacob gave me a courtesy call, in response to my latest email and during the conversation we were able to reach a figure that was agreeable to us both regarding the sale of my iphone. Thanks Jacob.

Liars. Avoid and save yourselves the trouble.

Avoid. The company with advertise the highest price for your device (in my case ?503 for a very good condition iPhone 14 Pro Max) and wait until it’s in their hands. They will claim ‘scratches’ or some of false claim and low ball you an offer ( ?380 for me). At the time, I didn’t think there was much I could do, so accepted. It is only after I came on here and read reviews on very similar experiences that I realised the con tactics Ur play. I made contact with the company a moment ago and they advised that there was nothing they could do now as the payment had gone for processing which is ironic as we are on the last day of the supposed 3-7 day payment window and suddenly they cannot alter it. Save you time and don’t use this company. They will lie to you to get your item posted to them. Lie to you about faults and low ball offer you. Then spend way too long to actually get your money to you. When you try to make contact, they will give you some other rubbish as well. Waste of time. Do not use this company, save yourselves the agro.

Don’t waste your time

Agree a price online, get sent a low ball offer after they have received the phone, suddenly you get an improved offer which I accepted because I don’t want the hassle of the phone probably not coming back to me, then made to wait for the payment. Massively regret using this company I won’t make the same mistake twice

Got offered ?140 for a pixel 7 pro in

Got offered ?140 for a pixel 7 pro in good condition with no issues. When they received it (which in itself was a drama as they never sent the postage pack i requested) their offer was ?20! The justification was that the phone had been charged 501 times and had scratches. The battery was still 90% and there was absolutely no scratches on the screen. After refusing two offers they eventually offered ?40.50. I refused the offer and the phone was posted back. Sold it to Mazuma who gave me ?120 without question. Absolute chancers of the first order - don't be tempted by what they offer you online.

Not received payment

I did not receive payment within the time frame stated by UR themselves. I then chased the payment multiple times with different people and was told that it had been processed I just needed to wait a bit longer. Then they stopped replying to emails. Today I was called by a man who said he was going through check review reviews and could see that payment hadn't been released to me and he would do so. The money would be in my bank in 10 minutes and could I please remove my negative review. Initially I said yes as long as I am paid what I was promised. But now having thought about it, no. No I won't change my negative review. Something is clearly going wrong with your payments and processing which needs to be addressed and until it is my review with serve as a warning to others considering using your services.
