I did not receive payment within the time frame stated by UR themselves. I then chased the payment multiple times with different people and was told that it had been processed I just needed to wait a bit longer. Then they stopped replying to emails. Today I was called by a man who said he was going through check review reviews and could see that payment hadn't been released to me and he would do so. The money would be in my bank in 10 minutes and could I please remove my negative review. Initially I said yes as long as I am paid what I was promised. But now having thought about it, no. No I won't change my negative review. Something is clearly going wrong with your payments and processing which needs to be addressed and until it is my review with serve as a warning to others considering using your services.
