Review Time
Update: I have now been paid, a day after this bad review. They said they had an IT issue so payment was delayed. So I guess they are not so bad after all as my complaint was dealt with quickly. Original complaint; I sent my phone to them, they said they had received it and would pay me the money within 7 days. It’s now been over 10 days and no money. I have emailed them and had no response.
Can't believe some of the good reviews on here. I went through money supermarket and they only have the option or New, used, broken to select. I went for used as it does have some scratches on the screen. I also checked all the terms and description and this company doesn't list at any where that they will assess the phone and re value it. I was offered just over ?250 when sending it off and they just came back with ?75. They also advised that the battery health is ok but as it's been charged more than 500 times then it won't be worth as much. Absolute con of a company. AVOID
Sent in a phone that had only left the house once and was in immaculate condition and was quoted a decent price for it online, I sent it in original packaging and everything for them to pretty much only offer me around the third of the original valuation(a pretty much brand new google pixel 9xl) and it had been in a case from the very first day I had it so no scratches on screen or on back like they stated, I want my phone returned to me asap and I’ll never do business with this company again.
I've used UR several times and always been happy. Unfortunately just this time the phone I received wouldn't charge. UR customer service dealt with this very well and I was offered a refund. Things happen but it's the way it was dealt with that matters. ??
