Review Time
I had an offer, which was then reduced by ?80, as they said the screen was scratched, even though I kept it in a case, I accepted the reduced offer and was told a bank transfer would be made in 3-7 days. Now on day 8 with no money. Upon reading reviews it seems that a lot of complaints are late payment. A bank transfer usually takes 1 or 2 days! I’ve asked for return of my phone as not happy UPDATE , after a phone call from Lucy, the money was paid into my account straight away
Don’t waste “ur” timeThey offered me ?336 for my iPhone 14, sent it off to them and one of their “experts” reviewed the phone. They sent another offer of ?155 due to scratches on the screen (there are no scratches) and because the battery had been charged 679 times (this is less than once a day over a 2 year contract)! Clearly scammers who rely on people who either can’t be bothered with the hassle or can’t afford to waste more time and need the money so accept the offer. Don’t waste your time, I’ve used we buy any phone several times and never had an issue with them.
Reduced quote by ?150 because of multiple scratches on an iPhone that had been held in a case with a screen protector since purchase!The prices they quote are nothing more than a scam to get your phone and hope you accept a lowball offer.Don’t send your phone here, send it to a reputable company, I’ve used many others without issue that give you fair money and fair grading.
My phone was offered ?292 but as expected they made me an offer of ?175 due to scatches that dont exist and the battery was 80%. Similar story to what other customers are saying. I reluctantly agreed and we are now 7 working days on and still havent received my payment despite emailing them twice with out reply. Trading standards are my next call as luck would have it, they are 2 doors down from my office. It looks like the 5 star ratings are generally coming from buyers of the phones but id like to remind buyers that these phones are stolen as UR dont own them until they have paid for them. disgraceful and dishonest company who need shutting down. They are scammers.
Trade in was around ?145 for my device but when tested I’ve only been offered ?40 I expected a little more than that. The condition of the device was not that bad. I should have used other companies that would have paid a little more. I will go somewhere else next time but apart from that they was quick at testing the device.
I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S22 and was offered ?165 for it in 'Good' condition. The phone has some minor scratches on the screen (which is permitted in the guidelines for 'good' condition), and some very minor scuffs in the corners - although the phone has always had a case. As a result of these minor blemishes I expected them to reduce their original offer. However, I wasn't expecting the derisory offer I received! The first offer they came back with was ?55 - a huge drop from the original offer. Of course, I rejected this. They then immediately increased the offer to ?75, which again I rejected. They finally revised their offer to something more reasonable, ?95. I rejected this primarily on the grounds that they tried to rip me off with their first offer. Moral of the story, avoid these clowns ??.
