AVOID!! Terrible service. Sent my device which is in fantastic condition as it has been in a case since I received it new, one slight mark on the screen,was quoted ?599 as I had above 85% battery life and under 500 battery cycles, 5 days later when then received he device I received an amended quote of ?275 ?????? why? “ The screen has visible marks. It has visible scratches in more than one place.As a result we have amended our Valuation to ?275.00 that reflects the cost to carry out the work on your old device so it can be given another life.” so your telling me a couple scratches to the screen would be ?300 to fix.. NO! Declined the offer to receive another offer of ?300.. declined again to then get another offer of ?400.. so why wasn’t this offer given in the first place?? ?125 more than the first offer, imagine I was silly enough to accept knowing full well the value of my phone?? I declined all offers and Received my phone back in a completely different box to what my phone actually is, would have appreciated that back as I have since sold my phone for ?550.. time wasters so I wouldn’t bother with them at all!
Initially my experience wasn't ideal with UR, my payment was delayed and I started to get worried. However, after speaking to someone at the business it was clear they are going through a backlog of payments (I appreciated their honesty, the comms could have just been better - even a blanket email updating all customers on the delay), they were really 'human' and helpful about it all.Payment now received and I think their customer service is actually excellent!
Screen had visible scratches, can't really see them when the screen is bright but was disappointed with it (bought good condition), doing this review for the ?10 amazon gift card... review will chane to 1 star if i don't get it. I currently rate 3.5/5.
I originally gave a one star review because I thought I had been scamed, thankfully this turned out not to be the case, I received a phone call from a lovely lady who explained there situation and why the payment had been delayed. She was very apologetic and a pleasure to speak to. Thankfully the money was quickly deposited into my account.
As others have mentioned, don’t sell your phone to this company. I received a valuation of ?270 for a near perfectl IPhone 13. I’ve always kept it in a case with a screen protector. The valuation was reviewed to ?70 (!!!) and I received the feedback “We found the battery health is 81% and has been charged 1093 times. It is recommended that we need to replace the battery if it is below 85% health or has more than 500 charge cycles.The screen has visible marks. It has deep scratches in more than one place.The case has visible marks. It has visible scratches in more than one place.” which is just not true - minus the charging? God forbid you charged your 3 year old phone? And this wasn’t mentioned in the criteria when evaluating the value of your phone. Have rejected the offer and will await my phone to be returned, to sell it elsewhere.
Brought iPhone 13 Pro Max good or excellent condition after few days the phone started work very slow and it’s getting hot if it’s in 20 percent charge coming down to 0 that was my first time to brought phone here they have asked me to leave review and they are offered me 5 Amazon vouchers
