Avoid this firm at all costs!!!! Rude service... has people stood outside properties for half an hour after the appointment time.... when you ring to find out where they are...you get an explanation of a ? ?the property went yesterday...what shall we do about ita ? ? how about you ring me the day before my appointment to let me know so I dona ? ?t turn up and wait for your rubbish firm for half an hour. Never again will I view with Linley and Simpson!

Initially my experience wasn't ideal with UR, my payment was delayed and I started to get worried. However, after speaking to someone at the business it was clear they are going through a backlog of payments (I appreciated their honesty, the comms could have just been better - even a blanket email updating all customers on the delay), they were really 'human' and helpful about it all.Payment now received and I think their customer service is actually excellent!

My mother lives at King Harold Lodge in Waltham Abbey. The manager, Sheila, is brilliant - she cares really well for all the residents, always helping with anything they need. I regularly stay in the guest suite which is almost immaculately clean and really well equipped. My mum values the independence of having her own flat whilst being able to have some company anytime she wants it thanks to the friendly atmosphere of the communal lounge. Although she still drives, she is also glad to have a bus stop right outside the flat meaning she has easy access to the locality whenever she doesn't want to use the car.My parents originally moved to the lodge as new residents to Waltham Abbey, and they settled in really quickly thanks to the warm welcome, and that has paid off since my father died, meaning mum always has someone on hand to help her with anything anytime she needs.
