Review Time
I sold my iPhone to this company on the 22nd may, I was quoted a high offer online which was then altered to under half of that. I accepted the offer as I couldn’t be bothered to have it back and send to other companies, it seems that that was my first mistake as others have said they declined the offer and were quoted more, I was disgusted to read that and to realise I could have got more by declining the original offer. I was quoted 3-7 working days for the payment. As you can probably guess we’re now on day 8 and despite two emails one which has gone unanswered I still haven’t received my money. As a standard bank transfer takes no more than 3 days it’s obvious that my payment hasn’t even been issued yet. I have asked for my phone back, whether that will happen or not I’m not holding my breath.*** EDIT a lovely lady called Lucy rang me earlier, apologised profusely for the delay in payment and also for the low price offered for my phone. She very kindly reviewed the offer for me and offered a new price which I gladly accepted. The money was also paid into my account within 20 minutes. I’m very happy with the service I received from Lucy ***
Disgusting company and a con and a rip off. PLEASE DO NOT USE this cowboy company. Sent my phone in its original box a day after a new screen fitted. Offered ?20 with an explanation that battery was only 79% and screen was scratched. It was a brand mew screen with the film still on it. They returned phone not the box which is mine so thats THEFT. As soon as i say bad review they call asking me not to out a bad review on. A cowboy conning company who will now ne reported for theft of MY property.So please AVOID AT ALL COSTS Saw your reply. Your such a liar as took elsewhere and sod all wrong with it so like i say a lying cowboy company that cannot ne trusted that kept my box. A thieving company who i have reported to the Police. Please everybody AVOID
Awful, they rejected my phone (in their rights) then sent it back to be using Royal Mail. Royal Mail lost it but 6 weeks later I’ve still not got my phone back or compensation from Royal Mail even though I filled out a billion forms, contacted these guys and put in a police report like they asked me to. Royal Mail were awful but these guys aren’t really great in helping resolve it
Phone was delivered earlier than expected. The screen was more scratched than expected, but put a new screen saver over this. Bottom left corner was damaged. However bought a silicon phone case, so no one would know. Very happy overall as so much cheaper to buy reconditioned and environmentally better. Powerful, fast, great battery life.
