Be prepared to bargain and don’t take the first offer too quickly.I was offered ?149.00 for an iPhone 11 which had had screen protectors & cases consistently from brand new.They came back and said the phone had 'light scratches' and they revised their offer from ?149.00 to ?75.00.I declined this and they immediately came back with an offer of ?95.00. I declined this and asked for my phone back.They replied saying that as they already had it, they would offer me ?120.50.I accepted and the money then took longer that 7 working days to reach my account, and I had to chase for it.I wonder how many people accept the lowest offer because they are desperate for money?PS: had a nice phone call with Lucy from Customer Service after I’d left my review and I appreciate her for reaching out.
