Great customer service - very happy

I was Initially disappointed with the offer I was given for my iPhone since the predicted quote was higher. I made this known and was very quickly contacted by Lucy who was so lovely and offered me a much better price which I was happy with. Customer service is very prompt and understanding. Thank you !

Do not waste your time with this lot

Do not waste your time with this lot. They lied, took way longer than expected to pay me and do not comply with the companies act. Dodgy. Avoid. Updated 30/5/25 This company are beyond disgusting. They have no qualms whatsoever about harassing people by phone when they get a bad review and have no respect for disabled people. As they do not comply with the companies act, and after their treatment of me today, I’d be very surprised if they comply with the equality act too. Shoddy outfit. Unprofessional. 2/6/25 Edited after seeing UR reply. You didn’t call once, you called, listened to my voicemail message stating that I don’t take unexpected phone calls but that if it was an emergency, people should call back, then you called back! How is that friendly? Or respectful? My phone is there for my convenience, not as a marketing tool for your business. You listened to my answerphone message and then completely ignored it! You decided that your business is more important than terrifying me. It isn’t. You also do not comply with the companies act so simply stating that you do, is another lie. Nowhere on your emails do you give your company registration number or details of your registered office. This information js not displayed prominently on your website. Now either you know that’s a requirement and you choose to ignore it, in order to make it harder for people to track down Director details etc. or you are unaware of the most basic aspects of running a business. Either way, dodgy.

Pleased

Fast pick up and review of phone. I was disappointed with the deduction in price, but Lucy worked hard to ensure she rectified this and we came to a new agreed price. Fast payment was made and it went from an initial bad experience, to very good. Thank you Lucy, and UR.

We’ve bought several reconditioned phones from UR. The phones are new looking and well packaged. Very happy with the overall service, although the last one didn’t come with one year insurance included as the others had.Thoroughly recommended

Was made a provisional offer of ?258

Edit - after speaking to them was offered ?160. I said I would accept ?180 and was told I needed to be put through to another department who said the most they could give me is ?145. I have asked for my phone to be returned to me. Joke of a company and a waste of my time.Was made a provisional offer of ?258 for my IPhone 12 Pro. When I sent the phone to them I then received a revised offer of ?70! We found the battery health is 77% and has been charged 1272 times. It is recommended that we need to replace the battery if it is below 85% health or has more than 500 charge cycles.The battery is in service mode.The screen has visible marks. It has deep scratches in more than one place.The case has light scratches in more than one place.As a result we have amended our Valuation to ?70.00 that reflects the cost to carry out the work on your old device so it can be given another life.I can accept that the battery is old and has been charged a lot but it has had a screen protector on and was carried around in a battery charging case.When I rejected this offer I was then offered a revised offer of ?90!What an utter shark of a company. I'm hoping now that they send the phone back so I can get a decent offer for it. I wish I'd read reviewed before selecting to send my phone to them.
