They have no qualms whatsoever about harassing people by phone when they get a bad review and have no respect for disabled people. As they do not comply with the companies act, and after their treatment of me today, I’d be very surprised if they comply with the equality act too. Shoddy outfit. You didn’t call once, you called, listened to my voicemail message stating that I don’t take unexpected phone calls but that if it was an emergency, people should call back, then you called back! How is that friendly? Or respectful? My phone is there for my convenience, not as a marketing tool for your business. You listened to my answerphone message and then completely ignored it! You decided that your business is more important than terrifying me. It isn’t. You also do not comply with the companies act so simply stating that you do, is another lie. Nowhere on your emails do you give your company registration number or details of your registered office. This information js not displayed prominently on your website. Now either you know that’s a requirement and you choose to ignore it, in order to make it harder for people to track down Director details etc. or you are unaware of the most basic aspects of running a business. Either way, dodgy.
