One star is one too many. Avoid this company at all costs.They initially offer an amount for the phone but when they receive it they “find multiple scratches that are not visible to the naked eye” and then offer you half the original offer. Interestingly, when I received my phone back and examined it using a high powered magnifying glass there were no scratches!! Appalling company.Response to Lucy at UR Customer Service I did get a couple of calls at work which I couldn’t answer. I have however, followed the link in your text message and booked a slot to talk to you on Thursday.
I sent my phone off to these guys and I accepted the offer that they offered me got told would take 3-7 working days could be quicker than that I was fine with that. 2 weeks now still no payment. But then made a quick phone call I spoke to to Jakob and within 10 mins the money was in my account. Thanks again Jakob
From receiving the free returns box in the post and the money going into my account was a very smooth and speedy process! The tracking of my order via text and email kept me up to date along my phones journey. I made a phone call to discuss the amount offered and managed a little negotiation on the amount. I will now be recycling my wife’s phone with them too. Many thanks UR - very happy customer ??
Overall very satisfied, delivery excellent well packaged and exactly as described.The only minor draw back is the battery-while functional it shows noticeable wear and doesn't hold a charge as long as expected. I understand refurbished phone come with used part, but I believe offering a complete new battery could significative boost customer satisfaction and confidence, That sai BackMarket provide a great service.I would definitelly buy again and reccomend it.
Really wish I had read the reviews!! Sold an iPhone 15 was offered 425 on receipt of a perfect phone was offered 325. Accepted because I needed the money, still no payment have been told the same as others, it's paid via a third party!!! Wished I'd gone else where!! ??. Definitely a scam company!!! Finally paid once I stated I would take further action as it is theft!!
