One star is one too many. Avoid this company at all costs.They initially offer an amount for the phone but when they receive it they “find multiple scratches that are not visible to the naked eye” and then offer you half the original offer. Interestingly, when I received my phone back and examined it using a high powered magnifying glass there were no scratches!! Appalling company.Response to Lucy at UR Customer Service I did get a couple of calls at work which I couldn’t answer.
