Shocking company.Price went from ?180 to ?60, i refused the offer so it went up to ?80, refused again and it went up to ?120.I accepted as I could not be bothered with it anymore.They told me my money would be in my account in 3-5 days, it took 2 weeks !!Nobody ever answers the phone and it takes days to reply to emails.
do not use this company they try to rip you off for your phones they do not answer the phone was on it for 10mins to speak to them the offer was such a stupid offer i know it was defo wrong if my phone is not back with me by monday i will report them to trading standards!!!!!
I was initially offered ?421.50 for my iPhone 15, which was in exactly the condition I described. After their so-called “inspection,” they dropped the offer to ?380 — which I declined. Then they suddenly revised it to ?400 — also declined. Finally, after yet another “review,” they offered ?420, which I accepted as it was close enough to the original.But it didn’t end there — I had to chase the payment twice. It was only after I asked for their complaints process that the money magically appeared in my account within 20 minutes.The whole experience felt like a game of wearing the customer down and hoping they’ll just accept less. I won’t be using them again. Beware — they come across as chancers trying to fleece people.
After sending my phone I read the reviews and instantly regretted my decision. After the 7th business day I started getting really concerned and emailed them multiple times and they said it would take another 24 hours to process. I emailed again and they told me it would be in my account in the next few hours.Payment took 8 business days but i got paid the correct amount they quoted me thankfully. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off!
As .any others have said they were the highest offer, just over ?200... after an "expert" inspected they came back with frankly a load of made up issues... my phone was mint. Final offer of ?20. I rang them to discuss and the bloke couldn't have sounded less interested. No doubt I'll be waiting another 3 months to get it back. A total con. Clearly hoping people don't know..... if there was a minus button I'd score that.
This company are SCAMMERS. Phone sent was not what was ordered. Sent back phone and they now say someone has stolen the phone even though Royal mail have confirmed this was sent and received their end. Delaying tactics on giving refunds. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I was quoted ?138 value for an iPhone 12 64GB in Midnight Black. The phone was in excellent condition due to it having spent its entire use in an Otterbox case. The phone was sent in the original box along with the headphones and original documents and manual. After inspecting the phone and being informed there were "deep scratches" which there were not, they offered me ?40.50 (LESS THAN 30% OF PREDICTED VALUE) for the phone. I declined this and they revised the offer to ?60.50. I declined this offer and asked for the return of my phone. The phone did arrive back to me within a few days, however it came in a different box and without any documents or the headphones. The box it came back in is for an iPhone12 Pro in Pacific Blue. So my options for selling this is now severely reduced as the packaging and the serial/IMEI number do not match the device. Would not recommend.
