Review Time
Sent them my phone they then changed the offer which i could have rejected, i accepted the offer and now two weeks on they haven't paid. You can ring them but they don't pick up and cut you off after 10 minutes of holding on and the live chat on their website doesn't work. I have no option but to report them and take legal advice.I see other reviews have the same issue and yet the issues are never addressed in their replies on here.
I received my package and label within 3 working days and sent it off to UR hassle free. Although I didn’t receive the payment within 7 working days, the issue has been quickly resolved by the costumer service team and I have also been offered an increase in value for my device.
My Trade in was in decent condition but the revised offer was ?100 less, I'm still waiting for payment of my iphone and have been told 3-7 days. It's now been longer.I'd avoid this company at all costs. I should have sold privately or used Mazuma
I was offered ?212 for my Samsung S22+ 256g. Knowing I had slight mark on the case, I expected to be knocked down slightly. Then the bombshell, ?75. They said there were a number of scratches on the screen. Total fabrication. The screen had no scratches at all. I rejected the offer, and then had two further counter offers of ?95 and ?112. Needless to say, I now have my phone back to sell elsewhere.
Second time using this company and it will definitely be the last was told 410 for s23 ultra phone was like new they said it wasn't and offered 388 I accepted then was told 7 days till payment and I accepted on 15th got payment the 28th after I said I'd have my phone back but they say I can't have phone back as I've agreed in a contract although they have broken contract by not paying in the time they say
