Site Lock is a scam

This is a company with no service and it's a scam! It has been six weeks since I purchased their service and my site is down for the third time during their 'monitoring'. I just keep receiving generic/automated emails about the removal of threats every two days or so while my website is still down! I purchased it through Blue Host. I am puzzled as to why BH is recommending Site Lock. Service on both sides is mediocre or nonexistent. BH agents who barely spoke English were arguing with me with raised voices that I needed to be patient and wait until they had time to fix the website! I don't want to use and be associated with either one of them! Site Lock is a scam and BH is not taking responsibility for recommending it. Thoroughly frustrated.

Absolutely zero reply from support ever

Absolutely zero reply from support.Using the loosely termed "service" for a while, misses lots of things in scans, support is useless they never reply so no help there.Complete waste of time, there are far better services out there. I'm cancelling my 2 subscriptions as we speak.

My second call to Sitelock regarding a…

My second call to Sitelock regarding a charge on my credit card account restored my faith in the company. Crystal was extremely helpful. Working diligently with me to obtain the information I needed to determine which domain to apply to the charged amount. Crystal restored my faith in Sitelock's customer service. If you have a bad experience on your initial call, don't give up. Call again.

the best

after getting protection from sitelock i had no more problems with hackers or mallware. clean and simple dashboard, and of course, the nicest people. in my humble opinion these people are the best.

usefull service

usefull service, quick and efficient.very clear and trustfull.Had a shut down of my website for 20 min and everything went activated and worked well after this delay.
