Thomas very quickly identified the issue, which was causing the problem, then fixed while I was on the phone with him. His knowledge and expertise made quick dispatch of the matter, all the while being courteous and professional. He should be recognized for the quality of his work. By the way, three separate technicians at ipage were unable to do what Thomas did. A "level three" technician at ipage sent me a detailed email describing the nature of the problem, and when I read it to Thomas, he knew exactly what to do...♥
Eric was not only patient but so very helpful as I tried to navigate through the malware issues that have brought my business website down & out of my control. He never treated me with anything but respect, even though I know some of my questions were so basic. He clearly explained the differences between services Sitelock would provide & those which needed to be handled by my site host, as well as how Sitelock's process worked, how I would be kept in the loop etc. Whether or not my site can be saved, he made one part of this awful scenario so much easier
