They do absolutely nothing and continue to take money, a one month sweep at $19.99 was turned into yearly $99.99 subscription, yet they could not furnish me with details to where I agreed with this, but there was none because I would just not agree to that, con job, disgraceful company with a rotten reputation, stay well away, be wary.
Thank you Mackenzie. Probably the best support I've had the chance to experience so far. I received precise and clear answers to all questions. I didn't have to ask a bunch of sub-questions. Their service and support is top notch
I would give this company negative stars if I could. The only way to cancel your account is by calling and speaking to a human. I have been trying to call them for the past 3 months to cancel my account to no avail. Finally got to speak to someone and was told that I would have to pay an early termination fee. WHAT??? I was not aware that my contract auto renewed from signing up in 2019, Shady, bad business practices. Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend to anyone. EVER!Now I'm stuck paying for a service that I DO NOT WANT.
