What a useless company. Take your money, say they will deliver in 2-3 days and then 17 days and 2 emails later they STILL dona??t respond to you saying where your order is. No telephone number to get hold of anyone and no response to emails. Dona??t order from them. Utterly useless!
I have used Gardening Express for many years and found that the competitive pricing and reasonable quality of the plants made up for the haphazard delivery. However a couple of months ago I ordered some plants (during a period of dry weather) and they arrived very late and dry and one plant was dead. My latest order is over two weeks late and I have had no response to requests for update on delivery .There is no phone and written requests receive an assurance of email reply which doesna??t happen
Delivery slow "Express is a joke"13 out of 17 bare-root trees failed to take - I simultaneously bought and planted 18 bare root trees from another source and all broke dormancy and all18 survived.Customer service swiftly fobbed me off with a "bark test", and when I submitted photographs of the dead trees failing the bark test, they ghosted me.They also claimed one of the bare root trees wasn't covered by their bare-root guarantee at all. Bonkers.
1 Month for a delivery advertised as 5-7 days is not acceptable. This was a gift and, as I haven't seen the gifts, I can't comment on the plant or the pot but am told they are nice. However, I won't use the company again as customer service is non-existent and delivery is unreliable with no notifications of expected delivery dates - very embarrassing when you've told recipient to expect a delivery. Also, I sent a message for the recipients - it was printed on the Picklist!!! Surely a gift card is not too much to expect when sending a gift?
Have Gardening Express ever answered questions.I placed an order on the 16th June and they havena??t delivered.They dona??t answer my questions when asking where is my order being delivered or track it. I do not recommend their service
I have bought from Gardening Express for quite a few years. Always good. Recently I had an order where several plants were almost dead and a Cotinus so small you could hardly know what it was a ?14.99!the order took 3 weeks to arrive and it look as if it had been sitting in a warehouse from date of ordering. no reply or response from GE. So disapointing.
