I would not buy from them again

I would not buy again! The plant pics on their website are really misleading compared to what you actually get. The customer service is really poor. You can't speak to a human so they're basically all keyboard warriors and do not listen and have no sympathy when you raise a complaint. They keep people quiet about returns because the are all at your own expense not theirs. I sent pics of the sub-standard plants I received and they did nothing about it. I also received completely the wrong breed of rose to what I ordered and I've been ignored even after sending pics and my order confirmation to prove it's wrong. Not worth the hassle. I will revert to my trusted local nursery instead from now on.

I have bought a lot of plants from here

I have bought a lot of plants from here and have been pleased each time I've received such well packed plants. This time I have only received a small proportion of my order so am eagerly expecting the remainder soon.

Like others

Like others, attracted by offers and delivery, but... almost a month later still waiting, order shows 'pending' on website - they've taken the money and no response to emails. As a small company I'm sure they are working hard but if they don't sort out their customer service they won't be in business very much longer.

Would never order again from this companyarrive

Plants took 3 times longer to arrive than advertisedIt was impossible to speak/communicate with anyone about delays When they eventually arrived Plants were smaller than advertised and came in 2 separate deliver a week apart !!

Avoid at all costs

My mum ordered some shrubs a couple of months ago . One of the fushias was broken and dead . she contacted customer services to be told to take pics which is fine and sent them but after only one reply her emsils were ignored . I then took up the case as her POA but we are no further forward . This is a joke and no way for a company to treat its customers no matter how big or small the company is and to cap it all only 2 of the plants she bought have survived .and no its not down to the heat.This makes me so angry as my mum is a keen gardener and in the past won local gardening competitions but now with ill health can no longer do it and relies on her son in law who is a land scaped gardener. Perhaps someone from the company would like to supply and plant new plants as a gesture of good will ..i will wait in anticipation..

Just the best for your gardening needs

Another great order from Gardening Express. Wonderful, healthy plants larger than I expected. Safely packed so no damage during transit especially as delivery was delayed by a couple of days due to technical problems experienced by courier.

Only received 1 part of my order.

Only received 1 part of my order.Tried emailing several times with no response at all, tried asking where my order was, also asked for a refund nothing back 2 weeks from first email.Avoid at all costs
