The condition of my plants was superb!

The condition of my plants was superb, they were more established than I could have possiby imagined for the price. The packaging was exactly right and no damage or deterioration happened in transit.There was a slight delay between the order showing as despatched and Yodel tracking picking it up. Once they had, however, the communication from both Gardening Express and Yodel was first class. Delivered accurately to a 2 hr window which is such a help

AVOID

If I could give no stars I would. Still waiting weeks after ordering and all emails receive a generic reply about delivery dates which they have already breached. I dona??t believe they earned the good reviews they have as you only have to google to find this company are scammers. Disgusting.

Received dead and diseased plants

I received 2 x plants that were obviously dead with brown deseased leaves and broken branches, these cost a ?13 each. I sent a complaint via customer services and got no reply. Total waste of money. One to avoid at all costs.

i bought three lots of lupins from

i bought three lots of lupins from gardening express on the 2nd of June and they turned up completely damaged by their courier was contacted by gardening express to say how sorry they were for the damage and they offered a refund and that was it !! also purchased some plants on the 8th of June and still NOTHING I've sent continuous emails only to be ghosted completely by them??

Long delay in delivery due to high order demands. However, after emailing and giving my 'must have by' date it was delivered as requested.Very healthy plant.

Similar to others experiencesorder to dispatch has taken a month. In that time I emailed 3 times to ask to cancel as I was now going to be on holiday due to the length of time it has taken to deliver. I have heard nothing and now the plants will be delivered and they will die. Still unable to get hold of anyone to sort.

Beware of Gardening Express

I ordered a number of plants 17 days ago. As my order was well overdue I sent Gardening Express 2 messages on their website to find out what had happened to my order. After 2 days and no communication from them I have had to go to my credit card provider to request a charge back. This is very disappointing as I was looking forward to receiving the plants. However I now have no confidence that they would ever arrive due to the lack of communication from the company. If there was going to be a delay the least that any reputable company would do is to let the customer know. I will not be shopping with them again!

Terrible customer service
