Avoid. No customer service

Placed an order over 20 days ago. Only received a few minor items from my order while the main items remain stuck in "ordered" status with zero updates on their website.Attempted to contact customer service multiple times through their contact form - complete radio silence. No responses, no explanations, no timeline updates.This is unacceptable service for any business. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere. Would never recommend GardeningExpress to anyone.

Ignoring customers and failure to deliver.

Never received plants. Limited contact with company, delaying tactics then radio silence. Have reported them to my bank and will be getting my money back. Would never use this company again..

Very poor service, no delivery, no replies

Ive ordered outdoor plants from this company through their website 11 June, it is not July 3 I still havent received my orders. Ive sent two queries and there was no reply at all like their customer service or maybe even the company dont exist yet they have taken the money from my account. It is not a lot but it is still my money and this service is awful, no reply, no delivery whatsoever.

Avoid these scammers

Avoid these scammers. I ordered a ?265 worth of plants from them on 23rd May. The order was not dispatched until a month later and then had 8 plants missing (about a third of the total). I emailed asking them when I would receive the rest and the only reply I have had was suggesting maybe I missed them as they might be wrapped with others and suggested I send them photos....I complied and have heard nothing since. The plants that did arrive were thankfully in reasonable condition, but they are clearly ignoring me. I now have to contact my credit card company for a chargeback. I fell for their good website but became concerned at the length of delivery and saw the sheer number of reviews on here. Sure enough I now have my own problems with them. Do yourself a massive favour and avoid this company. I rarely write reviews, even negative ones, but I won't be brushed off when a contract is not fulfilled, they have stolen money and won't even acknowledge or reply.

I ordered some Lavender plants which were quickly despatched. The parcel delivered by Yodel, was left lying on its side with the box all squashed! I feared the worst, but fortunately whoever packed them did a brilliant job and not a drop of soil was spilt! So Garden Express '??? Excellent, Yodel'???? Rubbish!!

DEAD flowers delivered HALF THE ORDER RECEIVED. WILL NOT EVER ORDER AGAIN SPENT a ?70! For rubbish have asked for refund will post another review if I received the refund. Dona??t deserve even the one star.

It is impossible to contact them and they obviously ignore your emails. Their delivery policy is also a farce, Ia??m still waiting for plants that I ordered nearly a month ago.
