Review Time
I have asked for the fourth time since 9.10am this morning 3rd July about cancelling my order placed at 10pm on 2nd July well within on all occasions of their stated 24 hour time. My no. 700827675 And texts have not been cancelled yet and they have not replied to me.In view of this I am now taking additional action through being advised.Plus You will be on review sites.Basically they dont reply.Have got my delivery address wrong.Given no delivery date just a time span which I will be on holiday for most of it. I did not know of this until they took my money.Complete consumer help no response.
i ordered a product that they were advertising as a special offer for some ones birthday present. i ordered on 15th June 2025 and they took the money on 16th June, I did not receive any confirmation or emailsfrom them, i still have not received any communication to say why as of 3rd July i have not received my order, their online customer service is a joke as they never respond to anything they also do not have a phone contact, cant leave messages on Facebook where they advertise, all very suspicious order says waiting for tracking number and has been processed which according to them means i cannot cancel my order, which is not compliant with trading standards rules. i shall now be taking the matter further.
I ordered over a month ago, delivery got held up and told to contact the retailer. I have contacted and got one response from Kit - who was very unhelpful and did not address the issue. Customer service is shocking, there is a reason they don't provide a telephone number, and say '2-3 days for a response'.... more like 2-3 weeks or NEVER. I contacted again and still have not heard back in 2 weeks. I have now raised with my bank in the hope I get my money back. Do not purchase.
The most awful company I have ever used.Please dona??t be tempted to purchase from them. Awful wait time to receive the plants, then they arrived dead and broken, no one responded to me on the contact form which was the only way to contact them. I am still chasing for a refund. Total scam
I have purchased two large plant pots at Gardening Express, I had to wait more than 4 weeks to get them delivered. To my disappointment, both pots arrived broken. The currier informed GE about the issue, and before I could contact them, they emailed me apologising and asking how I would like them to proceed. I replied to their email requesting a full refund.After that email, GE has not replied to my emails, and as they don't have a contact telephone number, I am not sure I will ever receive the refund.Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
My order has never arrived...I have emailed repeatedly and not received any reply....it is nearly 4 weeks since I ordered a honeysuckle plant. There is no telephone number that I can find. I have had to order the plant from elsewhere without getting my money back. Obviously will never use Gardening Express again
So far not good Even though ita??s been 2.5 weeks since I placed my order, I only received part of it so far. Many items are still missing with no communication from customer service. The items that I have received are not in great condition, one acer that Ia??ve ordered came half dead. No response from the customer service team to request for resolution either. Other plants that have arrived are a bit sad looking but not dead. However what is disappointing is the actual items that get sent. For example, the listing says specimen is between 120-140cm. What arrived was 118cm from the ground including the pot. Just advertise it as 120cm specimen and people will be less disappointed. The other plant was supposed to be between 60 and 110cm! and again ita??s 59cm from the ground with the pot. So ita??s clear that they are interested in sending customers the lower end items but then again please dona??t list it as 60-110cm! Still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding the half dead plant and the missing items in my order
