Terrible!

Terrible!I have ordered 20 plants and only 14 got delivered. They never replied to my emails or contact forms. Do NOT buy from them. This company is a big SCAM!

Would give Zero if I could

Would give Zero if I could, what a total mess ordered nearly a ?400 worth of plants three weeks past and nothing, No communication etc, messaged to complain & cancel them No response received. Two days later get a message to say they were on there way even though I has requested to cancel and refund.Messaged them again to say not to send as I had cancelled them again no response. Yesterday a box turned up but it only had two battered plants in. I had ordered 12 plants Please do not use them they have lost the plot Asked my credit card company for a refund Just shockingly poor service

Nothing from this company since I

Nothing from this company since I ordered, emailed to cancel and in good predictable fashion I got ignored. Claim raised with credit card company to get money back. Ordered with Your Branded Garden Products and they have the exact same product for cheaper and ita??s already at the yodel hub, only ordered yesterday afternoon. Will never use this company again and wona??t recommend them.

Not as good as expected

Great prices and easy to navigate site. Plants were reasonably well packaged but they arrived in pretty bad condition with several of them broken. Think the boxes were also damaged in transit as some of the plants had fallen out of their pots .

Ordered 18 th June and still havena??t

Ordered 18 th June and still havena??t received my order ita??s still pending have contacted customer services 3 times still no reply will have to try and get a refund do not buy as like many other reviews you do not get your order and no customer service reply at all

Ia??m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Gardening Express. Part of my order took nearly a month to arrive, and when it finally did, it was incomplete. Ia??m still waiting on a refund for the out-of-stock item. The quality of the Hidcote lavender I received was extremely poora??definitely not what I expected, and certainly not what Ia??d consider acceptable. Unfortunately, therea??s nothing a??expressa? about the service, apart from how quickly they took my payment. I wish I had read the other reviews before orderinga??there are a lot of similar experiences. Lesson learned.

Buyer beware!

Great website and good value offers however the reality of the delivery and what was received was very disappointing.Took 2 full weeks to arrived in battered boxes, overpacked plants and missing more than half of my order .Ia??m currently in the process of writing to them with photos to show my concerns and obtain a refundIta??s 24 hours later and no response or acknowledgment from Gardening express to my contact centre form and photos completed yesterday - very poor service as you cannot call or email them directly . I have sent another reminder this morning Updated 4th July - I have still received no acknowledgement or update directly and another box had arrived with a few of my missing plants. Have had to use their useless contact form online for the 3rd time - I doubt Ia??ll hear back and Ia??m still missing 2 sets of plants and have a coup,e that are not as described Ia??ll be contacting my credit card company to arrange a charge back for the missing and incorrect items.Their customer services are basically non-existent you cannot call or email directly, there is no way to record the contact form method they employ and no acknowledgement of any details. Would not recommend!

Avoid Buying From Gardening Express

I don't know if Gardening Express are in financial difficulties, don't care about their customers or are just plain incompetent. I placed an order with them and received only half of the things I ordered. That was on the 2nd June and since then I have contacted them via their 'chat' or contact form 9 times and received no replies. There is no telephone number to call and no other ways to speak with anyone. They have taken money with clearly no intention of fulfilling the order. My advice is to avoid Gardening Express at all costs if you don't want to be out of pocket.

Unprofessional

Ordered a ?60 worth of plants in 2 orders.Still waiting for any information from them after 18 working days for one order and 10 days for another.I have asked for a refund, sent 3 emails and just received an automated reply 2 days ago.Playing games with customers money could work out very costly on paper in future!!!!!

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. I have sent numerous messages no response whatsoever. Ia??ve spent a ?325 and nothing to show for it. Ia??ve now contacted my bank to make a claim. Customer service is non existent. Do not buy from this company.
