Buyer beware!

Great website and good value offers however the reality of the delivery and what was received was very disappointing.Took 2 full weeks to arrived in battered boxes, overpacked plants and missing more than half of my order .Ia??m currently in the process of writing to them with photos to show my concerns and obtain a refundIta??s 24 hours later and no response or acknowledgment from Gardening express to my contact centre form and photos completed yesterday - very poor service as you cannot call or email them directly . I have sent another reminder this morning Updated 4th July - I have still received no acknowledgement or update directly and another box had arrived with a few of my missing plants. Have had to use their useless contact form online for the 3rd time - I doubt Ia??ll hear back and Ia??m still missing 2 sets of plants and have a coup,e that are not as described Ia??ll be contacting my credit card company to arrange a charge back for the missing and incorrect items.Their customer services are basically non-existent you cannot call or email directly, there is no way to record the contact form method they employ and no acknowledgement of any details. Would not recommend!
