Still making payments on an order I never made.

Made the down payment to make a purchase. The card was created, and I went to make the purchase on Amazon. Amazon denied the card, and for the past week I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone to either cancel the katapult weekly payment or fix my order.

Despite my consistent efforts and willingness to provide all necessary information, I have received nothing but generic, automated responses stating that my application is “under review.”This ongoing situation has caused considerable harm — not only to me personally, but also to my business operations. The lack of clear communication, the absence of any definitive resolution, and the excessive delays are, quite frankly, unacceptable.I have acted in good faith from the very beginning, dedicating time and energy to meet your requests, only to be met with what feels like indifference and a complete disregard for my time and professional needs.At this point, I kindly demand a real, human response regarding the status of my application. I deserve to know whether my account will be approved or not — and if not, to understand the exact reason why.This experience has negatively impacted my business and, more importantly, my trust in Payoneer as a reliable financial partner. I hope this message prompts immediate and serious attention to my case.I expect a proper resolution or, at the very least, a transparent explanation.

Ia??m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Gardening Express. Part of my order took nearly a month to arrive, and when it finally did, it was incomplete. Ia??m still waiting on a refund for the out-of-stock item. The quality of the Hidcote lavender I received was extremely poora??definitely not what I expected, and certainly not what Ia??d consider acceptable. Unfortunately, therea??s nothing a??expressa? about the service, apart from how quickly they took my payment. I wish I had read the other reviews before orderinga??there are a lot of similar experiences. Lesson learned.

After five emails asking what has happened to my order and getting no response at all from Fitstraps I have issued proceedings to recover the cost of the purchase and the cost of the court fee.

Awful organisation.

Terrible company.I ordered a handbag as a birthday gift as a direct debit gift. I received email confirmation that this had been processed. Some days later there had been neither a delivery or further shipping correspondence. After a chat with the online team, it was advised that I hadn't paid so the product hadn't been shipped. I advised that it was ordered on a dd scheme where there was no option to be able to make a payment. I was advised, it was resolved and it would be shipped.Today, some days later, I have messaged the online team again after neither a delivery or correspondence has been made to me. I was informed that the ordered has been cancelled. To future customers, don't waste your money or time on charlatans like these.

Wolt Disaster: My First and Last Delivery Nightmare!

Jeg er f'?rstegangsbruger af Wolt, og jeg kan allerede sige, at det her bliver min eneste oplevelse med deres leveringsservice. H'?r lige her, hvorfor du b'?r t'?nke dig om, inden du bruger dem. Min oplevelse med leveringsbuddet var totalt kaos, n'?r det kom til kommunikation. Han talte ikke dansk, og selvom han sagde, han kunne engelsk, var hans sprog s'? d'?rligt, at vi knap kunne forst'? hinanden.Det hele startede, da han dukkede op ved min lejlighedsbygning. Han stod og gloede p'? d'?rtelefonen, helt lost, mens jeg stod oppe ved vinduet og vinkede og r'?bte for at f'? hans opm'?rksomhed. I stedet for at tage maden med, steg han ud af bilen uden noget i h'?nderne og blev ved med at sige, at jeg skulle komme ned. Jeg forklarede ham igen og igen, p'? alle mulige m'?der, at han bare skulle komme op, og at min ven var i gang med at lukke ham ind. Han fattede det bare ikke. Efter min ven havde lukket ham ind, gik han tilbage til bilen for at hente maden – og s'? skulle han lukkes ind '?n gang til. Jeg t'?nker, han ikke engang havde maden i en ordentlig Wolt-taske eller noget, hvilket bare gjorde det hele endnu mere rodet.Da han endelig kom op, ville han ikke give mig min pizza p'? grund af en misforst'?else med navnet. Min adresse er en C/O-adresse, s'? den st'?r ikke p'? d'?rtelefonen. Jeg forklarede det roligt for ham og viste ham kvitteringen for at bevise, at det var mig, der havde bestilt. Alligevel virkede han helt forvirret og mumlede noget, jeg ikke kunne forst'?. Alts'?, for en, der p'?st'?r, han kan engelsk, havde han virkelig sv'?rt ved at forst'? eller sige noget ordentligt. Efter en lang og irriterende diskussion frem og tilbage gav han til sidst maden fra sig og sagde: “Jeg g'?r bare mit job.” Det var faktisk det eneste, han sagde klart under hele cirkusset.Min f'?rste – og absolut sidste – oplevelse med Wolt har gjort det helt klart for mig: Jeg bruger dem aldrig igen. Hvis der opst'?r problemer, s'? v'?r klar til kaos, is'?r hvis buddet hverken kan dansk eller engelsk ordentligt. Jeg vil virkelig r'?de dig til at holde dig fra Wolt. Og som prikken over i’et er deres app totalt ubrugelig – den viste overhovedet ikke noget om leveringen. Jeg sletter den med det samme. Hvis jeg kunne give dem 0 stjerner, ville jeg g'?re det, men n'?r jeg nu skal give mindst 1 stjerne, s'? f'?r de den og ikke mere. Spar dig selv for besv'?ret og styr udenom Wolt.Wolt-leveringskatastrofe involverede Pizza Hut, og det var en perfekt storm af inkompetence. Begge virksomheder ser ud til at ans'?tte folk, der har sv'?rt ved at tale b'?de dansk og engelsk. N'?r I s'?tter de to sammen til jeres madlevering, s'? g'?r jer klar til totalt kaos, der vil efterlade jer frustreret ud over alle gr'?nser. Hold jer langt v'?k fra dette katastrofale par for enhver pris!
