Terrible customer experience!I ordered 9 tree's/scrubs on 31st May to the tune of a ?365 so not insignificant, 3 of the 9 arrived 26th June, so over the 15 working days promise, I don't know where the other 6 are and not had any communication as to there whereabouts or estimated delivery times.No contact telephone number to speak to anyone!
Horrible experience with that company. There is no phone number provided so you can't contact them. Emails are useless - no respond at all. After 5 weeks two parcels came. Some of received plants arrived in bad shape, one is dead. No idea how this company is still running and have that score on trust rewievs. Never again
I ordered a Hanging Egg Chair, it arrived with some major parts of the structure missing. After a very lengthy wait to receive a curt reply from the Senior Customer Services manager admonishing me for sending multiple messages in the hope that I would get a reply, I was told that they didn't have any replacement parts so I would have to have a refund. Having checked Gardening Express's website they still have the exact same chair in stock and for sale!! So they either couldn't be bothered to send me the parts or they are utterly inept, either way I wouldn't recommend using them and I certainly won't be using them again.
Placed my order (after using Gardening Express last year with no problems) a month ago - after chasing a few times Im still waiting with no response from the company- it was only a small order so not losing loads of money - however how many do they take money from without fulfilling the order? Best advice dont use this company!!
Order 8 June, still no order, no update on order, we contacted once already about delivery got a generic reply they are busy and it will be 15 days before delivery, order was a present so now trying to cancel the order and get a refund. Have used them in yhe past no issues, but very frustrated this time and wont be reusing as trying to contact them is so difficult as its onljne only, no phone number to call them on
I purchased 2 climbing Hydrangeas. On receiving the order the 2 plants looked very poorly. The packaging was bent quite badly. On opening the plant several branches had completely snapped off never the less I planted them. Ita??s clear to see that my plant are dying but I still keep tending to them. 3 times I have contacted the company and sent photos. I still have not heard anything from customer service.
They say you can judge a good company on how they deal with complaints,and communication is key. I recently complained about a couple of roses '??? ? I purchased which are dead,and where not in the best of condition on arrival. After several emails no response, also with no telephone numbers to ring them very poor '??? ? service indeed, they have had pictures of the dead roses and pictures of the bark tests.
