This company has taken nearly a ?500 of my money nearly a month ago. They have delivered NO plants , no updates and now and does not respond to any emails DO NOT USE THEM. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I am reporting them for fraud!

BIG SCAM

BIG SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I ordered plants 4 for my balcony and 3 of them arrived brown, with hardly any leaves and half dead. I contacted them in 3 occasions and provided photos showing them what was left of plants to try to send them back/ get a refund, and they never got back to me.I have never had an experience like this when buying any product online.

This is the second time using G

This is the second time using G Express. The plants are so much better than those I can buy in local shops and centres. They are always more mature and therefore less likely to fail. Packaging is very good. And so far always delivered well inside 15 working days. The tracking internally could be better to give you better notice when dispatch is likely. But overall rapidly becoming my go to garden place.

Took 4 weeks for order to arrive,only

Took 4 weeks for order to arrive,only to be missing a calathea compact star, non existent communication, only automated response, not one effort of trying to resolve the problem, plus the snap dragons we received had already flowerd an turned to seed, definitely wouldn't bother with you again, an wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

After waiting a month after placing my

After waiting a month after placing my Order I was notified of despatch. Unfortunately the order was so poorly packaged that courier could not deliver. Courier advised to contact gardening express...which I did but unfortunately after a couple of days I received a rude response advising that they could not process my query unless I sent a picture of the packing slip and the plants out of the box. They completely missed the point that the courier could not deliver, even after I shared a screenshot from the courier. Since then they have been ignoring my emails and I now need to make a section 75 claim to get my money back. They do not have a telephone number to speak to customer service. Avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. No plant. No email response. No refund. Have reported to trading standards and have initiated Charge Back through my card issuer.

These guys have never ever let me down

These guys have never ever let me down before - Ia??m not sure what is going on atm. Havena??t had any update on my order placed on 9th June. Emailed no response. Maybe everyone has left? Or gone on holiday? Were always amazing before

Poor service and quality

Never answer emails,no phone number to talk to a human,sent poor quality plants,won't accept that its dying sent pics to prove,had to go out to buy another plant for less money and way better quality,no refund offered,took ages to receive order of over a ?79 value
