Don't waste your money and time.After 24 days, they sent half of my order. 4 out of 6 roses were dead. I wrote them emails many times. They don't even care. Then they send an email and say your order is out.There is no phone number, no contact person. Definitely buy from somewhere else, you will regret it if you buy from here. They will continue to do business without any shame.
Sadly I placed an order on the 8th of June and ita??s now the 4th July no sign of my order even though Ia??ve contacted 5/6 times which they are completely ignoring . If they up dated me and said there was a delay I woulda??ve accepted it It seems ridiculous that youa??re unable to actually contact them on a phone line and they dona??t answer their messages , what is the point of having a contact form and ignoring it ? . Ita??s a shame their customer service is so awful as they seem to advertise some unusual plants .
Bought 4 dwarf fruit trees in their sale for a ?9.99 plus postage. Couldna??t be happier. They were bare root but quite tall and I ended up with 6 in the box!! A couple didna??t have labels so itl just be a surprise when they fruit '???Planted into pots and now to wait to see how the grow. Was so pleased with the price and the speed of delivery
