As always, amazing value for money with really mature plants in great condition upon arrival. Cannot recommend highly enough. Been shopping here for years and will continue to do so. Had to contact to see where my order was but got a quick and friendly reply explaining how busy they are at this time and my order arrived within a couple of days. If you want mature plants at a bargain price this is where to find them. Just brilliant!
Appalling treatment. Waited over a month for plants and when they are arrived pretty much 80% of plants were dead. Tried emailing them one response to tell my photos were not good enough and to provide more - which I did and have received not a peep from them. a ?50 not well spent!!
Having discussed the situation of paying for goods and them supplying poor quality (in my case dead and diseased) with a lawyer, she has advised that this is illegal.THIS COMPANY IS BREAKING THE LAW BY SUPPLYING POOR QUALITY GOODS AND NOT SUPPLYING SOME ITEMS. AVOID THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE MONEY
Absolutely appalling customer support, no phone numbers shows the distain towards customers, despite using the chat box have never had a reply. Will not be using again. The next step will be a credit card chargeback as they refuse to correspond.
Only 1/3 of my order arrived and in bad shape with broken plants. Tracking is unclear. Communication is non existent.Ita??s cheap on the paper but expensive if one considers the value of what you dona??t receive or receive in bad shape.If I dona??t get communication or delivery within next week (after a month delay), I put my credit card company on the case for fraud.
I have placed a few orders over the years and always been happy. However I placed an order in May which wasna??t dispatched until 3 weeks later. The courier apparently couldna??t deliver my parcel and returned it to gardening express. I contacted gardening express to advise them with no response. I contacted them again asking for a replacement - again no response. I then contacted them asking for a refund. Unfortunately there is no phone number to discuss this issue further with them. After this experience I will be avoiding this company
