Bad quality plants and incomplete delivery

Only 1/3 of my order arrived and in bad shape with broken plants. Tracking is unclear. Communication is non existent.Ita??s cheap on the paper but expensive if one considers the value of what you dona??t receive or receive in bad shape.If I dona??t get communication or delivery within next week (after a month delay), I put my credit card company on the case for fraud.
